Harvest & Packaging

Our single origin olive oil is harvested in Karaburun, a village on the west coast of Türkiye close to Izmir.

This olive oil was harvested in October 2024.

We package our delicious oil in dark glass bottles to minimise it's contact with heat and light. Our bottles are topped with a special cap that will limit our olive oil's contact with air, to keep it's original taste forever!

  • Harvested By Hand

    All of our olives are picked by hand, without any machines to avoid harming the trees. They're harvested in October while they're still young and bright green. Early harvest olives have punchier taste and higher health benefits.

  • Cold Pressed

    The hand picked olives are pressed within 3 hours of being harvested, to avoid oxidation. Our olives are cold pressed, which means we only get the best part of the olive in our oils.

  • Perfect Packaging

    We use dark glass bottles for our olive oil to limit it's contact with light and heat, so that the olive oil can taste as fresh as it can until the last drop. Our colourful design is made to brighten your kitchens.
